Job Description
As a Technology & Training Senior Consultant you are driving and maintaining system (Tririga and Ariba) readiness and executes individual project actions within those systems for non-store projects executed by the Construction and Property Admin Department. You primarily support divisions Aetna. Shared Services, PBM, Coram, and Omnicare the Property, Programs & Strategy Administration (PPSA) team, to meet or exceed user expectations. You will interface with both internal and external users of the application to help educate them on the overall system/process.

Additional responsibilities of the Technology & Training Senior Consultant:
- Create and track POs with Ariba and build and maintain project information with TriRiga.
- User Acceptance Testing - Work with the Program and Field teams to understand business requirements and processes and test system deployments before release in production
- Primary Point of Contact - Be the face of the department when it comes to interfacing with IS on various system development/enhancement/maintenance projects
- Issue Tracking - Streamline defect intake as well as keeping business partners informed of the status of issues
- Training - Facilitate and/or coordinate system training and document control for the department
- Execution- Create and Maintain project information within TriRiga and Issue and Track POs within Ariba.
- Team oriented manager with exceptional customer service skills when dealing with internal and external users
- Ability to maintain control resource planning for both in-house and offshore development team assets
- Self-starter and team player with the ability to act as an advocate on behalf of the PPSA team
- End-user training including large group presentations and user manual creation

Required Qualifications
- Front-end experience with a Real Estate project management application utilizing financial, schedules, bidding and procurement processes
- Experience with bug tracking and resolution processes including diagnostics, test scripts, regression testing, etc.
- 2+ years of experience using MS Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with Tririga or MS Project Server

Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
