We are looking for a proven, passionate healthcare innovator to join our fast-growing team as a Senior Manager, Kidney Care.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Kidney Care, the Senior Advisor will be responsible for oversight of the construction and expansion process for home dialysis training centers. The goal is to open 50+ home dialysis and in center dialysis centers within the next 3 years within budget and agreed up on timelines.. The position will interface with construction, real estate, design, clinic operations leaders and joint venture partners. The position will also oversee the management of vendors for facility and equipment maintenance and repair, as well as other administrative services. The candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to influence other stakeholders and partners to achieve business unit goals.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of work experience in Healthcare operations experience with hospital or ambulatory care experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.

Preferred Qualifications
- Dialysis knowledge and experience
- Construction/expansion project experience
- Experience managing organizational wide projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Ability to lead collaboratively across multiple departments
- Implement, monitor and report on large integrated project plans
