* Please note: this position is not work from home and will report to our La Habra Call Center location.

Work as part of the Retail Customer Care team on a premier pharmacy service program, Multi-Dose Packaging. This team delivers high levels of customer service to our patients via both scripted and non-scripted interactions to ensure they have a seamless experience filling their Multi-Dose packaged prescriptions at CVS Pharmacy. Agents will be responsible for assisting patients with operational needs, as well as identifying, presenting, enrolling and managing patients in the CVS Multi-Dose Packaging product with a goal of improving the levels of care provided to our patients.

Required Qualifications
* 1-3 years patient care experience in any healthcare field
* Excellent communication skills, including a strong command of the English language and the ability to clearly articulate program details to patients over the telephone
* Ability to utilize active listening techniques and demonstrate empathetic behavior when speaking with patients having chronic conditions and/or complex therapies
* Ability to build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with patients
* Ability to problem solve, and work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Proficient to advanced PC skills, including Windows-based applications
* Flexibility in work schedule
* Ability to complete all required training programs

Preferred Qualifications
* 2 to 3 years call center experience with a focus on excellence in service delivery desired
* 2 to 3 years knowledge and experience working in retail and/or alternate pharmacy setting
* Valid California Pharmacy Technician license
* Bilingual-Spanish

Education
Verifiable High School diploma or a GED
