Job Description
CVS Health is looking for a Tableau Developer to create and maintain a self-service dashboard that will be used by Workforce Management and Operations to evaluate and analyze call handling performance.

To be successful in this role you will need experience in developing, maintaining and managing Tableau driven dashboards & analytics and a working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture.

Responsibilities
* Develop dashboards visualizing a wide variety of topics across Customer Care call handling effectiveness (call volume trends, forecasting accuracy, staffing requirements and gaps, etc)
* Partner with stakeholders across Customer Care to understand data needs and define self-service reporting solutions
* Assist in data validation and data clean up as needed

Required Qualifications
* Must have at least 3 years of experience developing dashboards with 1 year of Tableau experience
* Must have at least 1 year of experience using advanced Excel features (pivot tables, embedded queries, macros, etc)
* Must have at least 6 months of experience working with SQL and relational databases
* Must have at least 6 months of knowledge of Tableau best practices in performance tuning and user-centric design, proactive alerts, etc

Preferred Qualifications
* Background in Workforce Management and an understanding of key concepts and nomenclature
* Experience with Tableau Server and administration
* Experience analyzing structured and unstructured data using SQL
* Tableau Certification is a plus but not required
* Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of Six Sigma or similar data analysis methodologies
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to articulate complex solutions well

Education
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
