Would you like to join Fortune 8 CVS Health leading our dynamic and growing MinuteClinic team!? The Health Care Business Partner MinuteClinic Market Growth and Development will report to the Director of Market Growth and Development and is responsible for the business and operational tasks associated with growing and maintaining our clinics. This role will be required to identify and develop growth and development opportunities and strategies at the market and clinic level and work with the local field management to implement those strategies.
You will need to develop and maintain positive relationships with both the MinuteClinic and CVS retail field management teams. They will also need to review and analyze reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth. The Senior Advisor will be responsible for a geographically diverse area of over 200 clinics. Additionally, you will be responsible for the overall project management of Minute Clinic growth and expansion among a variety of internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop and implement growth strategies at a micro and macro level, the ability are to identify and seek problems, assess situations and opportunities and think critically, strong internal and external relationship building, management and excellent communication skills and integrity.
This role will support the SouthEastern United States, can be remote and does require 75% travel.

Required Qualifications
5 years experience in Customer Service, Retail or Healthcare field in business development and/or leadership

Travel up to 75%, including frequent attendance at local staff meetings

Preferred Qualifications
Tableau software reporting and analysis

Knowledge/experience with retail clinic operations

Education
Bachelors Degree in business, clinical field or related field.
